Favorite Gluten-Free Brands

Udi’s – Despite some strange holes that you will find in the bread, Udi’s Gluten Free Bread is my personal favorite bread at this time. I have also become quite fond of the Udi’s Pizza lately.

Schar – I recently discovered Schar bread, and it is really, really good. I love snacks in general, so Schar’s Cheese Bites and Vanilla Wafers are a staple in my pantry.

Bob’s Red Mill – If you enjoy baking, Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Flours are a must-own. The All-Purpose Gluten-Free Baking Flour is one of my favorites, but the White Rice and Brown Rice Flours really come in handy as well.
