Yes, Kraft Grated and Shredded Parmesan Cheese are absolutely GLUTEN-FREE! This doesn’t really come as a huge shock, since almost all cheese is gluten-free, but it is still nice to know. I add Kraft Parmesan to my salads nearly every day, and it really gives it an extra kick that leafy greens don’t have by themselves.
